The 24-Hour Connect Family Violence Helpline is often the first contact for people reaching out for support or looking for information. Counsellors provide counselling, safety planning, referrals and information. You are not alone. We encourage those experiencing family violence and abuse to reach out – whether you are a victim, friends or family looking to support someone, or men looking for help.
