Due to operating system changes, some inactive LBCA users have an outstanding credit on their account that was incurred prior to 2019.
- Account users must contact the LBCA on or before June 15, 2021 to communicate how you would like the credit to be processed:
– Credits can be refunded
– Credits can be used towards an LBCA program/rental
- If the LBCA has not received communication from inactive users by June 15, 2021, the credit on account will be donated to the LBCA.
