The Calgary Marlborough Community Centre is a modern, well maintained centre located at 636 Marlborough Way NE. To view hall please call to make an appointment. The centre is located close to the N.E. C-Train and on Calgary Transit Route # 45,26 across from Marlborough Mall. The Centre is wheelchair accessible. Ample parking is available.

Marlborough Community Demographics

In the City of Calgary’s 2012 municipal census, Marlborough had a population of 8,434 living in 3,123 dwellings, a 1.5% increase from its 2011 population of 8,310. With a land area of 2.7 km2 (1.0 sq mi), it had a population density of 3,120/km2 (8,090/sq mi) in 2012. Residents in this community had a median household income of $53,921 in 2000, and there were 17.1% low income residents living in the neighbourhood. As of 2000, 30.1% of the residents were immigrants. A proportion of 17% of the buildings were condominiums or apartments, and 27.8% of the housing was used for renting.
