With an immediate surrounding population expected to exceed 120,000 people by 2030, Seton’s amenities and services will serve the equivalent of Alberta’s third largest city. This well thought out community provides convenient access to major arteries taking you into the downtown core and to the airport. There are many excellent schools nearby with good school bus service available – new schools are planned for Seton as the community matures. There is also an excellent Bus Rapid Transit service should you wish to leave your car in the garage and let someone else drive you to work!
