The Palliser Bayview Pumphill Community Association promotes community spirit and encourages all residents to contribute and participate in commmunity life. The volunteer Board of Directors deals with the day to day operations involved with running the community centre. It facilitates various events throughout the year. Our co-operative preschool has been operating since 1975 and is an integral part of our services.

Pump Hill Community Demographics

In the City of Calgary's 2012 municipal census, Pump Hill had a population of 1,614 living in 563 dwellings, a -2.5% increase from its 2011 population of 1,655. With a land area of 0.9 km2 (0.35 sq mi), it had a population density of 1,790/km2 (4,640/sq mi) in 2012. Residents in this community had a median household income of $93,360 in 2000, and there were 6.2% low income residents living in the neighborhood. As of 2000, 16.5% of the residents were immigrants.
