Hello West Hillhurst Community!
June is an exciting time – Father’s Day, the WHCA garden plots should be in full bloom, the tennis courts will be worked on, and we are closer to the ice coming out and the plant compressors being replaced. Soccer and t-ball programs will have started also.
We will be working on a memorial garden for one of our long-time board members and community members, David Quaintance. This will include a Zen Garden, bench, and plaque. Please contact us if you would like to help out at [email protected].
WHCA Casino
We could use some more volunteers for our Casino, to be held at Cowboys on Monday, June 26 and Tuesday, June 27. We are short on people for both of these dates so please sign up to help out at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e49aaa829a3fdc07-whca4.

WHCA Lounge
We are continuing to work on the re-opening of the community lounge. We are aiming for a September re-launch.
WHCA would like to thank all those community members who have purchased the yearly community membership and are enjoying the benefits offered by companies in our community, as well as the program classes and community events. Please talk to your friends and neighbours about getting their membership and helping to support the community and building.
