We’re calling all enthusiastic volunteers to come together to create a thrilling Night Carnival event for our community. Are you ready to make this October an eerily exciting experience for Ranchlands?
The Night Carnival committee will play a vital role in planning, executing, and staffing this fantastic autumn-themed event. With limited resources, creativity will be key to designing exciting carnival activities and putting together something incredible for the community, all while operating on a shoestring budget. Are you up for the challenge? Your ingenuity and dedication will be the driving force to bring this seasonal celebration to life.
The commitment will span six weeks, starting the week of September 11 through to the evening of October 28, and will be approximately four hours per week. We understand your busy schedules, so the bi-weekly meeting will be held at the Ranchlands Community Centre either in the evening or on a weekend day, whichever best accommodates the committee members.
No prior experience is required – just bring your passion for the spirit of the season and a willingness to contribute. Whether you’re a seasoned event planner or someone who loves embracing the autumn vibes, we welcome you to join us!
The Night Carnival aims to be an all-ages extravaganza, providing fun and excitement for members of our diverse community. It’s a chance to bring happiness and come together to celebrate the joys of the season.
