Pilates with Yoga
Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:00 pm (in the Bow room)

Each class will include a flowing series to warm the body, hold postures to build strength, and balance postures to increase stability. Classes will end with gentle stretches and relaxation. If you are new to physical activity, please check with your physician prior to starting a new exercise routine.

Dance Fitness
Mondays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm (in the Bow Room)
For six weeks, September 9 to October 28
No class on September 30 or October 14

Dance Fitness is an easy-to-follow cardio dance class with a mix of popular and international rhythms guaranteed to make you sweat! A portion of the class is dedicated to toning choreography with the use of light hand weights.
Cost $125 for RCA members | $145 for non-members | Drop-in price $20
Adult Volleyball 2024/25
Start Date: Wednesday, September 11 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm
Registration Closes September 1
The league is composed of players of a variety of ages and skill levels but is generally an easy-going league. Games are mostly Wednesday nights at the Holy Angels Elementary School from September to April with a break off in December/January for the holiday season. Registration fee includes a wind-up party. The league is inclusive and accepts individuals and teams as space is available.
Please note: You need to purchase an RCA membership first before being able to register for this program.

Girl Guides of Canada
Girl Guides of Canada is the largest organization for girls and women in Canada. Meetings: every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, September to June. Out of School Care
For children ages 5 to 12 years attending Riverbend Elementary School and Holy Angels. Open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 6 pm, September to June. Closed all statutory holidays, open all PD days.
