Deer Run is where I live,
A community that has so much to give.
Close to Fish Creek Park, nice neighbours, and many events,
A good chance to make new friends.
The Stampede Breakfast is a great thing,
Where not only the line dancers swing.
The Deer Run Christmas Market is full of holiday laughter,
A must go for all Christmas shoppers and crafter.
And there are so many sport activities happening at the community centre,
I don’t even know which one to enter.
I like to live in Deer Run,
Because it is so much fun.

Coyotes
Fish jump
Eagles fly
Coyotes sit on a bridge
And owls sleep.
