Happy Fall Crescent Heights!
I’m going to start this month’s report by sharing some good news about our casino fundraiser. We recently learned that we raised $81,917 which will support the many activities and events that we have in our community throughout the year. Again, we are extremely thankful to the many volunteers who made this possible for our community. Our next casino will be in Q4 of 2025 at the Elbow River Casino.
I’d also like to remind everyone that our AGM will be held this month on October 22 at 7:00 pm in the community hall. Doors will open at 6:30 pm for a meet and greet. Drop in to meet others from the community, hear what board committees have been up to, and possibly win one of our many door prizes!
But most importantly, why not consider getting involved? We have several open Director positions, or you can raise your hand to join one of our many committees. Our board is looking for help with membership, events, planning, fundraising, and more.
