We know that the people who live in Legacy are amazing, but we can’t forget about our furry friends! Each month, we show off our Legacy pets. If you have a beloved animal whether it’s a fluffy kitty, a prickly porcupine, or scaley lizard, we want to meet them!
Meet Maggie and Daisy
Names: Maggie and Daisy
Breed: Cairn Terriers
Sisters Maggie (left) and Daisy (right) were born in Priddis area, from a fantastic lady who has bred Cairn Terriers forever!
Energetic and food motivated, Cairn Terriers are a great breed. They get along well with everyone (especially children). If you see us, don’t be afraid to say hello since we are very approachable – in fact we kind of crave attention!
We don’t need a clock since mealtime reminders are always very accurate with these two. Don’t bother looking for us after 9:00 pm since that’s our bedtime.
This is the same breed as Toto in the Wizard of Oz, although he was a dark Cairn.
