2025 MLRA fees are due on April 1, 2025. You will receive an email notification with your invoice details, including payment options. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Please note, this email will only be sent to the primary account holder, so be sure to check with all title holders of the property.
This year, you will notice a change in your fee amount. In June 2024, a Special Meeting of the Members was held, where members voted in favor of a fee increase. The Board of Directors presented a financial report and recommended the adjustment to support the association’s ongoing operations and future initiatives.
