Hello Evergreen residents,
I would like to start this month’s message with a huge thank you to the team of resident volunteers who did and still do a great job of taking care of and making the community ice rink happen again.
Celebrating Our Winter Festival!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our Winter Festival on Saturday, February 15! It was a wonderful day filled with family skating activity, puck toss, music, painting for kids, horse drawn wagon rides (families’ favourite), and much more. Seeing so many families come together to enjoy the festivities truly highlights the strong community spirit we have in Evergreen.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our generous sponsors who made this event possible: Calgary Foundation/Stepping Stones Grant, Starbucks at Evergreen, Evergreen Cosmetics, and the office of MLA Eric Bouchard. Your support plays a crucial role in making these events successful!
The community association is a non-profit organization funded through grants, donations, and membership sales. I would like to remind all to purchase/renew their memberships. This can be done online by going to the Membership page at www.myceca.ca/membership. With your support via membership purchase and donations, our events, programs, installing and maintaining the community ice rink would be possible. We have a lot to offer to our community and funding is a necessity.

Mark Your Calendars – Easter Egg Hunt!
Get ready for one of our most anticipated events of the year—our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! This fun-filled event will take place on Saturday, April 19, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Everwillow Circle Park, 235 Everstone Dr SW.
Last year, we welcomed over 500 residents who enjoyed the exciting hunt and, of course, the delicious free Easter chocolate, generously donated by Evergreen Shoppers Drug Mart.
We look forward to another fantastic event this year and hope to see you all there!
