Come celebrate Neighbour Day with us! We will be hosting our incredible family-friendly event in the Hawkwood Park again this year, and we can’t wait to see everyone there!

Pickleball
The pickleball season is here, and our Pickleball Club is up and running again this year! We have changed a few aspects, such as registering for each drop-in session through Communal, leveled play, and streamlined times, to make it more fun for everyone involved! $30 gets you five drop-in open play sessions a week, with dedicated court time. Playgroup
Kids, bring your favourite tall person and come explore the natural world at our Hawkwood Community Park this spring!
Nature playgroup encourages kids’ love of the outdoors in all weather while offering parents and caregivers a way to connect! Aimed at ages one to six, but all are welcome. Dress for the weather, we will meet in in most weather (excluding heavy rain, snow, or cold) as long as the temperature is above -10C with windchill.
The playgroup requires an HCA membership and costs $5 per week per family. Scan the programs QR code for more information.
What to expect:
A low-structure, low demand program – perfect for kids who want to learn and explore in their own way. The host will offer some invitations to play that kids can participate in at their leisure such as large play equipment, digging tools, etc. Otherwise, they are free to explore the park with parents, caregivers, and new friends!
