Fall has arrived in Beddington! The leaves are changing, the air is crisp, and the season is full of things to celebrate. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what we’re grateful for, and we’re certainly thankful for the amazing volunteers and neighbours who make our community such a great place to live. Later this month, Halloween will bring plenty of spooky fun, and we hope to see the neighbourhood filled with costumes, decorations, and community spirit.
Looking ahead, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up in November. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear about what we’ve accomplished this past year and the exciting plans ahead. All residents are invited! It’s also your chance to get involved by joining the BHCA Board. If you have a head for number and/or finances, we are especially in need of a Treasurer! If outdoors is your jam, we also need a Rink Coordinator if we want a pleasure rink this year. Of course, if you want a more general role, you can also become a Member at Large. These are all important positions that help keep our community vibrant and active. If you’ve been thinking about volunteering, this is the perfect time to step forward and make a difference!
