The Calgary Handball Club is looking for new junior handball players, boys and girls aged 11 to 15. Junior Handball practices run every Thursday at 5:00 pm and Saturday at 11:00 am at the Acadia Recreation Complex. Our game of handball is similar to racquetball, played on a four-wall court.
The basic skills required to learn how to play four wall handball are the ability to throw a ball, good hand-eye coordination, running, and some athletic ability.
Our low-cost program includes loaner gloves and eye guards, court time, and instruction delivered by certified coaches.
