It’s wonderful to be outside! Students are enjoying the outdoors before summer break – playing in the playground, walking and biking to school, and our outdoor Heart Circle. We’re pleased to help promote physical literacy this month with Aussie Rules Football, and we’re all looking forward to our annual Sports Day.

It’s been a fantastic year with so many great school activities, including swimming lessons, the annual Skate Night at the RKHCA rink, and recent theatre residency and fantastic student storytelling through theatre with Quest Theatre, just to mention a few. As our teachers say goodbye to students for the summer, they’ll be planning for September and looking forward to meeting new students, hearing about student summer activities, and preparing for another great school year at Richmond School.

We’re so proud of how our students have progressed this year. Thank you to all students for their hard work and to parents for your support of our school and contributing to our community. A special congratulations to our graduating students who will begin Grade Seven in the fall. While we’re sad to see them go, and we’re excited to meet next year’s newest students.

We would also like to thank the RKHCA for their support of Richmond School over this past year. We are lucky to be in such a great community!

Our administrative office at the school will re-open from summer break on August 26th. Please call the school office at this time if you wish to register your child for a Kindergarten to Grade 6 placement for the fall or have any questions about Richmond School.

From Richmond School, have a wonderful and safe summer!
