Join Me for My First Ward 11 Town Hall – March 5
I’m pleased to invite Ward 11 residents to my first Town Hall as your City Councillor on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Willow Ridge Community Association, 680 Acadia Dr SE.
This Town Hall will focus primarily on the upcoming Blanket Rezoning Public Hearing on March 23, along with broader updates on important City initiatives affecting Ward 11 and Calgary as a whole.
The Blanket Rezoning proposal is one of the most significant planning discussions currently before Council. I know many residents have questions, perspectives, and concerns about what this could mean for their neighbourhoods and for the future growth of our city. My goal on March 5 is to provide a clear overview of the proposal, explain the public hearing process, and outline what residents can expect in the weeks ahead. Most importantly, I want to hear from you.
This session will be an opportunity for open and respectful dialogue. Whether you strongly support the proposal, oppose it, or are still forming your opinion, I encourage you to come, learn more, and share your thoughts. Your feedback helps inform my work and ensures I am representing the diverse voices of Ward 11.
In addition to rezoning, I will provide updates on local projects, infrastructure, and other City matters that may impact our community. I am committed to maintaining open communication and creating accessible opportunities for residents to engage.
