Message from the Board
March has arrived, bringing longer days and the first hints that spring is on the way. While winter may not be finished with us just yet, this is the time of year when we start looking ahead and getting ready for the months to come.
One sure sign of spring is that planning is underway for the Community Garden. We’re looking forward to another great growing season and encourage residents to keep an eye out for registration details, which will be shared soon. Whether you’re a returning gardener or thinking about joining for the first time, the garden continues to be a wonderful way to connect with neighbours and enjoy the outdoors.
March is also a month of renewal and preparation. As snow begins to melt, it’s a great time to start thinking about spring cleanups, outdoor projects, and getting involved in community activities. There will be volunteer opportunities throughout the spring and summer, and we always welcome new faces and fresh ideas.
Thank you for being part of our community and for supporting BHCA initiatives year-round. We’re excited for what lies ahead and look forward to sharing more updates as spring approaches.
