As another year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what makes our community so special. Citadel isn’t just a collection of houses and streets—it’s a network of caring people who look out for one another. December reminds us of that more than any other month.
The holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also be challenging for some. Whether it’s sharing a smile with a neighbour, shovelling a sidewalk, donating to the local food bank, or simply checking in on someone who might be alone this season—every small act of kindness makes a big difference.
