Notice of HSCA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting
HSCA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in person on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association.
We will cover the business, including the election of the Board of Directors, followed by a chance to celebrate community and the work of HSCA.
To be eligible to vote or run for a Board position, your HSCA Membership must be valid 30 days prior to the AGM. The membership renewal deadline is March 29, 2026. We hope you’ll join us to take part in our work and gather together as a community.

Are you interested in making a meaningful contribution to your community? HSCA’s Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding and overseeing the work of the Association. We are seeking community members with an interest in non-profit governance who are looking to give back.
To run for the Board, you must have a valid HSCA membership and be a resident of Hillhurst Sunnyside. Our Board is a diverse group of engaged community members working on thoughtful, forward-looking projects for the neighbourhood.
