Ranchlands Lego Club Is Here!
Calling all builders, creators, and master problem-solvers!
The Ranchlands Lego Club (RLC) is launching at the Ranchlands Community Association, and it’s the perfect place for kids to let their imaginations run wild.
RLC is a drop-in program held every Friday from 1:30 to 4:30 pm at the RCA. Each week, participants are given a fun and creative Lego building challenge, with prompts like “Build something with six wheels!†designed to spark imagination and encourage problem-solving. From there, kids are free to experiment, think outside the box, and build their ultimate Lego creation. At the end of each session, participants proudly submit their builds to the front office, so all Lego remains at the centre.
The program is loosely supervised to encourage independence and creativity. All participants are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out before leaving. Parents or guardians must complete a waiver confirming they understand the level of supervision and that their child is mature and responsible enough to participate independently.
The Ranchlands Lego Club is open to children aged 10 and up. Children under 10 are welcome to participate as well, provided a parent or guardian stays with them during the program.
The program is free for all RCA members, with memberships available for purchase online or at the RCA office. Family memberships are $20 per year, or $10 per year for Fair Entry households.
If your child loves building, creating, and showing off their Lego skills, the Ranchlands Lego Club is the place to be.
