The month of June was busy with learning and fun. Our annual Activity Day was held this year at the Calgary Zoo, where our children visited the polar bears and other animals, played on the extensive playgrounds, and enjoyed themselves immensely! We hosted Randy Turning Robe, a fifth-generation powwow singer, to engage our students in celebrating Indigenous History Month.
On Thursday, May 16, we hosted an Open House, and welcomed families who were interested in learning more about our school.
