The TPCA is happy to announce that a Memorial Bench dedicated to the Grey Family has been installed in our park. Glen Grey was a lifelong resident of Tuxedo Park and a wonderful ambassador for our community. The owner of the Tuxedo Park Bed & Breakfast, Glen was known by many of our neighbours. The bench located west of the TPCA Community Hall, next to the pathway across from the playground is perfectly placed for anyone to “Sit awhile and enjoy sunshine and blue skies.” I can picture Glen sitting there, his ‘I Love Tuxedo Park’ mug in hand, watching families enjoy the park he so loved.
Thank you to the Grey family for providing this loving memorial, our volunteers who helped facilitate it, and the Calgary Parks Foundation for making it happen.
