If you are looking to express your creativity this summer, we’ve got a few artistic events happening in the community that we’d love for you to take part in:
Mural Artists: Meet and Greet
Sunday, July 13 from 2:30 to 4:30 pm
Location: West side of hall building (facing playground) or lower hall (if raining).
We’re proud to announce that we will be receiving the grant funding that we need to move forward with the mural project that will live on the southwest side of the Tuxedo Park Community Association Hall. Come say hello to Kerzeka—the artist duo that will be creating the mural, ask questions about the process and offer feedback on the design.
Mural Artists: Hands on Mural/Graffiti Workshop
Friday, August 22 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Location: West side of hall building (facing the playground) or lower hall (if raining).
Come participate in a live hands-on mural and graffiti art workshop with Kerzeka! Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with the artists in the creation of a 4×8 foot piece of art and learn about the techniques used in the creation of the TPCA mural. Free for all who attend, and supplies will be provided. Please RSVP to [email protected] by Friday, August 15.
