Board of Director Members
June 30, 2025, marked the end of terms for our current volunteers in the President and Secretary positions. We will be electing a new President, Secretary, and some board members at our AGM on Thursday, September 18. Playgrounds/Green Spaces Committee Members
We’ve identified our next community playground project and are looking to expand our committee to help bring it to life! There are several ways to get involved in the work that goes into our green spaces in Acadia. Opportunities to work on our rink boards project, become a tree ambassador, and advocate for playground structure updates are all available. Event Committee Members
Every fun event you’ve attended or heard about relies on key people to bring the plan together and execute it seamlessly.
The following event committees are looking for long-term members who have a passion for bringing high-quality events to Acadia and would be interested in helping to plan and execute these events every year: Winter Carnival, Easter Egg Hunt, Bike Parade, Neighbour Day, Stampede, Movie in the Park, Fall Festival, Halloween Party, and Holiday Party.
