Ingredients:
• 1 lb. ground turkey breast
• ½ cup grated applewood smoked cheddar cheese
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1/5 cup breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. Montreal steak spice
Instructions:
• Place the ground turkey and all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands.
• Form into four patties.
• Cook the patties over medium-high heat on an outdoor grill for approximately six minutes on the first side.
• Flip the patties and finish cooking until the internal temperature reaches 170 on a meat thermometer (approximately seven minutes).
• Serve on toasted buns with your choice of condiments.
