Membership fees for the McKenzie Lake Residents Association are a mandatory annual charge tied to property ownership within the community. These fees are not based on individual use of the park or amenities. Instead, they fund the ongoing operation, staffing, maintenance, insurance, utilities, and long-term care of shared community assets including the lake, park, buildings, and infrastructure.
In addition to day-to-day operations, a portion of membership fees is set aside into reserves for future repairs and replacements. This proactive approach helps avoid sudden fee increases or special assessments when major work is required.
Members with outstanding fees are not permitted to use the facility and will be denied access.
