St. Paddy’s Day Cookies
These St. Paddy’s Day cookies are delicious green cookies made with cake mix!
Ingredients
• One 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix any brand
• One 8 oz tub of whipped topping thawed
• 1 large egg
• ¼ tsp green food colouring
• ½ cup powdered sugar for rolling cookies
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350℉
2. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, slightly beat the egg, and then add the cake mix, Cool Whip, and food colouring. Mix well.
4. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop small portions, about one-inch balls, into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar until well coated.
5. Place cookie dough balls on prepared baking sheet, about two inches apart.
6. Bake for ten minutes or until edges are firm but not brown.
7. Let cool and enjoy.
