Ingredients
• 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ cups white sugar
• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
1. Gather all ingredients.
2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl; set aside.

4. Beat first egg into butter mixture. Beat second egg into mixture along with vanilla extract; add flour mixture and stir until dough is just combined.
5. Wrap dough; chill in the refrigerator for two hours.
6. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Grease two cookie sheets.
