Spring Plant Fundraiser is back! Orders Now Open!
Last year, thanks to everyone, we had a successful fundraiser and are doing so again for 2026! Help support Riverbend community beautification Spring Plant Fundraiser.

Spring Movie Night!
Zootopia 2! – April 17, 2026
Come and join us at the RCA for our next Dinner and Movie event where we will be showing Zootopia 2, on April 17, 2026.
Movie starts at 6:00 pm and YYC Food Trucks will be onsite from 4:00 pm!
Cost is $3 for members and $5 for non-members.
Cash concession: drinks and chips
As a reminder, please be respectful of all guests and refrain from talking and have your children remain seated during the movie.

Drop-in only! No registration needed!
A space to drop the mask and let your body speak. No steps to follow, no one watching, no wrong moves. Just music, breath, and motion as meditation. We begin in stillness, arrive in presence, and let rhythm take us where words can’t. Whether it’s joy, grief, tension, or play… everything belongs.
Dates and Times: Every 2nd & 4th Sunday of Month from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Cost: $10 at the door (goes to the Riverbend Community Association)
Casino Volunteers Needed – April 19 and 20, 2026
Our casino funds support a number of things including community engagement initiatives such as programs, events, and various community projects such as community beautification. Funds also support ongoing operational costs and improvements of the facilities. Volunteers are provided with a free meal during their shift and a discount code for RCA programs, events and memberships.

All Season Rink Updates
Our RCA Rinks are still open, weather pending. To ensure a positive skating experience, we will be updating our website with the latest ice conditions on our All-Season Rink as they occur. We want to thank our rink volunteers for keeping the ice in great condition!
RCA President Needed!
Riverbend Community Association is looking for a volunteer President to lead our Board of Directors.
You will be the association’s public voice, support committees, and keep our neighbourhood’s priorities front and centre.
No cape required: you’ll delegate, coordinate, and steer—people do the heavy lifting, you make sure it happens.
What you’ll actually do (high level)
• Chair Board and Association meetings and ensure agendas are prepared.
• Recruit new Board members and keep committees on track.
• Represent Riverbend in public and at partner organizations.
• Help with fundraising, policy oversight, and the usual grown-up stuff (signing authority included).
Term: 2 years.
This is a volunteer role; reasonable time expectation and plenty of teammates to share the load.
