Join us every Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, at our centre, from March 31 to June 9, 2026!
No Class on April 28.
If you are new to physical activity, please check with your physician prior to starting a new exercise routine.

Move with what is alive within! Come to sweat, release, and remember what freedom feels like. Shoes off – heart open.
Drop-in only! No registration needed!
A space to drop the mask and let your body speak. No steps to follow, no one watching, no wrong moves. Just music, breath, and motion as meditation. We begin in stillness, arrive in presence, and let rhythm take us where words can’t. Whether it’s joy, grief, tension, or play… everything belongs.
Dates and Times: Every 2nd & 4th Sunday of Month from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.

Girl Guides of Canada
Girl Guides of Canada is the largest organization for girls and women in Canada. Calgary Young People’s Theatre
CYPT provides professional calibre mentorship, training and performance opportunities to youth ages 4 to 18. Little Steps Before & After School Care
Out of School Care
For children ages 5 to 12 years attending Riverbend Elementary School and Holy Angels. Open Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, September to June. Closed all statutory holidays, open all PD days.
