Registration is now open for our many winter programs at the hall, including Playgroup, Seniors Fit, Prancing Peanuts, Learn to Skate, Peanuts Hockey and Yoga for a variety of ages. Please check the MLCA website for details and to register.
At the AGM in October, 16 returning board members were joined by five new members. We are fortunate to have an experienced and dedicated board to provide leadership for our community association. We currently have one board position open and would like to fill it with a Crime Prevention Chair. Please contact Serge at [email protected] if you are interested in discussing this or any other volunteer opportunities.
Feel free to attend one of our regular monthly MLCA Board meetings, which provide a great opportunity to meet our Board and learn more about what is happening in your community. The next meetings will be held on December 3 and January 7.
We plan to start issuing MLCA membership cards to our members starting this month and intend to follow that with a program offering discounts for members at local businesses.
