The permit application for the eight-plex house on a single-family lot is now on appeal by a Canyon Meadows resident with a supporting group.
McDonald’s on the Corner of Elbow and Canterbury Drive SW
Following discussion at the December 2025 Town Hall meeting (initiated by the Concerned Citizens of Canyon Meadows), representatives from Ward 13, McDonald’s, and the community met to address local concerns. McDonald’s representatives were receptive to community feedback and indicated they would consider conducting a traffic study.
