As of September, we are still in the process of raising more funds for the Outdoor Activity Hub and preparing to send it out to bid again this fall. A new volunteer has stepped forward to help with the subcommittee in an advisory capacity and we welcome his insights.
We are currently working on two grant applications, the Blue Cross Built Together and the Doc Seaman Grant.
We have received extensions on two of our grants and applied for an extension for the third. We are confident that we will receive the extension.
For winter 2024/25, the rink will again be on grass. Our goal is to have the Hub functional for next summer.
