Yes, we are working hard behind the scenes on the Community Hub. We have narrowed it down and are engaging exclusively with a new contractor with a reasonable bid and working with the City of Calgary to ensure approvals to build on City land. This has been an evolving process with a lot of lessons learned. It has taken us a lot longer than anticipated to not only perform our due diligence but also raise enough funding to fulfill our grant requirements and fulfill building code and accessibility design standards. Previously, bids have been high and outside of our price range. We are looking for a build start date of April 2025 when the ground thaws
