What is the Calgary Evergreen Community Association?

Evergreen is fortunate to have a community association whose primary role is to run events and programs for the residents of Evergreen, and advocate for traffic, safety, and planning concerns. They are separate from the Evergreen Residents Association, and only receive funding from the $20 memberships, also from grants and sponsors. Support Us! Buy a Community Association Membership!

The community association relies on your $20 membership. You can get that at www.myceca.ca/membership.

The membership gets your family access to events and programs. It provides our operational costs to continue to support the community. Also, our efforts to provide amenities for the community.

Volunteer and/or Join A Committee!

You can also support us by volunteering and/or joining a committee! This way you can have some input on the development in Evergreen. Email [email protected] to find out more.

CECA Is Different Than the Evergreen Residents Association (HOA, Homeowners Association)

If you pay annual dues of $105, that is an HOA fee and that is paid to the Evergreen Residents Association. CECA is a voluntary annual membership that supports events and programming. Membership is only $20 per year per family per household.

What Area Are You In? CECA or SECA?

If you live on a street that starts with Evergreen, you are in the area called Evergreen Estates. It belongs to the Shawnee-Evergreen (Estates) Community Association. Their website is www.shawnee-evergreen.ca. Though if your street starts with Ever but doesn’t include Evergreen. You are in the community of Evergreen.
