Have you seen the colourful and whimsical insects crawling along Glenmount Drive? Thank you to local artist Jessica Semenoff for painting this ground mural, which was supported, in part, through funding from ActivateYYC and part of the city’s Paint the Pavement Initiative. Students from Glendale Elementary submitted their ideas for inspiration and even came out to help paint, using an environmentally friendly lime-based paint.
