Recruitment for New Roles: Recruitment for the hall coordinator was successful, and the person stepping into this role will be announced shortly.
AGM Planning: Preparation has begun for our September update to the community and election of new Board members. Stay tuned for more information! Whether it is the Board or helping run events that activate our community, there is always room for more volunteers. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information if you are interested.

May Recap
We had several well attended events at the Hall in May!
• Monika Smith led two days of Jane’s Walks at the hall grounds talking about the trees of the neighbourhood.
• Calgary-Currie MLA, Janet Eremenko, held her constituency open house May. Almost 50 people attended the meeting where Ms. Eremenko offered updates of news from the Legislature affecting her constituents.
• At least 178 vehicles looped by the Hall to take advantage of Community Cleanup Day on Mothers’ Day to drop of metal, electronics, and garbage truck destined materials. A big thank you to the volunteers and neighbours who made sure this day, and the traffic, ran smoothly!

Saturday, June 15, 12:00 to 8:00 pm – Neighbour Day celebration at the Hall and free Dental Care Day at Le Family Dental – you don’t want to miss this day!
Saturday, July 6 – Glendale’s annual Stampede breakfast!
Wednesday, September 11 – Glendale/Glendale Meadows Annual General Meeting. Details TBA.
