Fair Entry is an application process that helps residents access City programs and services at a lower cost if you have a lower income. To qualify for Fair Entry, you must currently live in Calgary and provide proof of lower income. For certain programs and services, you must meet certain age requirements. Programs and services provided at a lower cost include transit, recreation, internet/cellular/tv, property tax, snow/grass-cutting/housekeeping for seniors, spay/neuter for cats, market parking permit, and impound lot for cars.
