118 St Andrew’s Scouts asks: “What did the Baby Corn say to the Mama Corn?”
“Where’s Popcorn?”
Don’t worry Baby Corn, Scouts Popcorn will be coming in September! We’re pleased to be partnering with Olde Fair Gourmet Popcorn again this year. We’ll be back in full swing just after the school year starts, we’ll be around door to door on most streets and accepting online orders soon.
While you wait, here is a fun fact for you:
The first built Scout Hall in Calgary is still standing, our neighbour group 10th Sara has a lovely building at 609 Rideau Rd SW. Since being opened as a Scout Hall in 1927, the building has burned and flooded but is beautifully restored. We can’t wait for its upcoming 100th year anniversary.
Scouting is open to youth members ages 5 to 26 and volunteers starting at age 14. Everyone is welcome at our Campfire.
