Winter and the holiday season are right around the corner! Kick the new season off with North Glenmore Park Community Association’s holiday craft market and kids’ party on Saturday, December 6.
Holiday Craft Market: This very popular craft market features more than fifty local vendors selling unique handmade items. Complimentary coffee and snacks will be served, and admission is free! This event is a great way to find some unique gifts and support local artisans.
Cookies with Santa: Free family fun! Cookies with Santa runs from 10:00 to 11:30 am, with visits with Santa, cookie decorating, and crafts for community kids. Includes hot chocolate. Admission is free and there is no need to pre-register.
Perishable food items and cash donations to the Calgary Food Bank will be gratefully accepted at both events for those who wish to contribute in that way. We hope to see you there!
Outdoor Rinks: It’s time to start thinking about outdoor rinks! If you are interested in volunteering to create and maintain one of the community rinks (located in the north field at the community centre or in Buffalo Park in Garrison Green), please contact [email protected] or 403-246-4243. No experience needed!
