Weekly Tuesday Walks

Join our walking program or walk with a buddy. Chances are you’ll stick with a walking program if you have someone to walk with. Text Gary at 403-831-5682. Outdoor or mall walks depending on the temperature. If the temperature is -11 C or colder, we walk indoors at Chinook Mall.
• First Tuesday, 24 St and 90 Ave, SW Lot East toward Heritage Park.
• Second Tuesday, 90 Ave and Oakmount Drive , SW Lot, East toward Glenmore Landing.
• Third Tuesday, Oakridge Community Centre, pathways in the neighbourhood.
• Fourth Tuesday, South End of 24 St Bebo Grove, Fish Creek Park, a different route each month.

Free service for seniors. Self-referral is a matter of phoning to book an appointment within 48 hours with a Community Outreach Worker at 403 – SENIORS or 403-736-4677. Saves time, fewer phone calls, and less internet searching to coordinate goal-focused needs and services.
