We are indeed fortunate to live in the Palliser Bayview Pumphill community, which really is a is gem in Calgary worth preserving and protecting.
Following our recent June meeting, our board will be taking a break for the summer. The past six months have been very busy, and I want to thank our coordinator Jen Sherstabetoff, and all the dedicated volunteer directors and members of our community for finding the time and doing all that you do to be involved, develop community spirit, and help our community remain such a wonderful place to live and work. With the number of new board members that we have, we appreciate your help and understanding as we continue to develop and improve the way that our Community Association does things.
Don’t forget our Community Cleanup on Sunday, August 4. A special thanks to Kevin Taylor for all his work to organize this event. It is a great way to bring people together, promote community pride and environmental awareness. If you are in town August 4 and/or September 27 to 28 (when we have our casino fundraiser) please consider signing up and helping.
Our next board meeting is Tuesday September 10, 2024, at 7:00 pm. If you are interested in joining our board, please feel welcome to join us. Have a great summer!
