I would just like to highlight what has been happening/going on behind the scenes this past month, in no particular order:
Thank you, Lea R. for donating ‘No Parking’ plaques for us to use as signs for our Community Cleanup! This helps keep our annual costs down.
Thank you, Jon J. for creating the stands for our ‘No Parking’ signs! These allowed us to use them along the street as needed.
Thank you to all our Neighbour Day volunteers! Thank you, Danny Greene and Chantal O. for organizing this event. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the June 21 date due to weather warnings. Hopefully we will have regrouped for July. Thanks for your patience!
Just a reminder that our Community Cleanup Day will be September 13 this year. Rosa M. will be reaching out for volunteers. Thank you, Rosa for organizing this event!
We will likely see work starting on the Sarina Homes development on Richmond Green in the next couple of months. They have recently submitted their application for Phase 3 townhomes along Sarcee Road.
Currie has recently seen another application for multi-residential housing along Quesnay Wood Drive; we look forward to seeing more of the area developed.
Please welcome Dave R. as our new Currie liaison. We look forward to working with him as Currie builds out. At some point, Currie will also have a Homeowners Association as well as being part of our Community Association.
