Farm Stand
Time period: Weekly through October (weather permitting)
Vendor: FreshPal Farms
Day/Time: Saturdays from 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Location: Valleyiew Church parking lot – 7655 26 Ave SW
Six-Week Yoga Program
Dates: Tuesdays, August 12 to September 16
Time: 7:00 to 8:00 am
Location: Strathcona Community Centre – 277 Strathcona Drive SW
This is a free yoga program for SBHCA and SCA members.
Curbside Treasure Hunt
Dates: September 6 and 7
Time: All day – ends 5:00 pm on September 7
Location: Throughout the neighbourhood and city
Gently used items labelled “Free” can be left at the curb over the weekend for others to take and give a new home to – more information can be found at calgary.ca/treasurehunt for those wishing to participate.
SBHCA Annual General Meeting
Date: Wednesday, October 29
Time: 7:00 pm
Location: Summit Room, Rundle College – 7379 17 Ave SW
