If you have more garbage than your black cart can contain, remember to bag it, tag it, and place it two feet away from your black cart on collection day.
Garbage tags can be purchased for $3 each from a participating convenience store, online, at Calgary Transit Customer Service Centres or through a City Hall Cashier.
Extra bags without tags won’t be collected, so make sure to tag them! And don’t forget – sorting your items into blue, green, and black carts means less garbage and a cleaner Calgary!
