Our much-loved holiday event with Mr. and Mrs. Claus is set for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at West Springs Church (816 78th Street SW) — but we need you to help make the magic happen!
Our current coordinator, who has done an incredible job in the past years, is stepping down. The good news? The venue, entertainment, and vendors are already booked — now we just need a festive, organized leader to take the reins.
As the Volunteer Santa Event Coordinator, you’ll work with a small, cheerful sub-committee to pull together the final details and make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
This heart-warming event includes:
• Colouring crafts and activities
• Christmas music and Santa’s elves
• Outdoor horse-drawn sleigh rides
• Hot chocolate and cookies
• Outdoor Butterfield Acres petting zoo
• Story-time with Santa’s elves
• Professional Santa photo sessions (limited spots available)
