The Winston Heights–Mountview Community Association (WHMCA) is seeking a reliable, hands-on General Manager to lead the operational, maintenance, and revenue-driving functions of our community centre. This position is central to ensuring the facility is well-maintained, efficiently operated, and actively generating rental and program revenue for the community association. Responsibilities include facility and staff management, hall bookings, administrative and communication support, and coordination with volunteer activities.
Qualifications include:
• Experience in facility management, caretaking, or event coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Power Automate, Bookings, and Power BI is an asset.
• Experience with rental or event management platforms preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
