The 60+ Collective is hosting a Qigong instructor for classes this summer! Qigong (pronounced “chi gong”) was developed in China thousands of years ago. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of maintaining and improving health and well-being. It incorporates gentle movements, deep breathing, and mental attention.

We are planning classes for every Friday at 7:45 am at Flavelle Park until August 18. There will be no classes on the long weekends of June 30 and August 4.
